Can I hear it before I pay?
Yes, and we would rather you used the whole of it. The trial is a complete account for 24 hours with every channel and the on-demand library open. Ask on WhatsApp or send the form. No card is taken and it lapses on its own. Spend part of it on the audio: open a channel you know and try switching tracks and subtitles.
What hardware does it run on?
Fire TV Stick, Android TV and boxes, Samsung and LG televisions from 2016 onward, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Roku, Windows, Mac, and MAG or Formuler receivers. It is a standard Xtream login, so the same three values set up every one of them. What differs between them is which player exposes the audio-track and subtitle controls, and how each passes sound to a soundbar.
How soon can I be watching?

Is live sport included, and pay-per-view?
Yes. NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Premier League, Champions League, UFC and boxing pay-per-view all run on dedicated channels, many with a 4K feed on the night. Because a fixture is often carried by more than one broadcaster, you can frequently choose whose commentary you listen to, which matters in a house where not everyone supports the same side.
Do I need a VPN?
Not as a rule, and it is not part of what you are buying here. The one case where it earns its place is an internet provider that slows streaming at peak times. If you already pay for one, choose a nearby server, or you will give away the speed you were trying to protect. We do not sell one and do not require one.
How much broadband does this need?
Roughly 10 Mbps for an HD stream and 25 Mbps for a 4K one, with more headroom when several feeds play at once. Steadiness counts for more than the headline figure: a solid 30 Mbps beats an unstable 200, because streams break on the gaps rather than the average. A cable to the television settles most complaints on its own.
What happens if it will not work for me?
Every term carries 7 days of cover. If the service will not run properly on your own equipment and support cannot get it working, say so within 7 days of activation and the payment goes back in full. The refund policy page sets out what is covered and what is not, in plain terms and without small print.
How many screens can play at the same time?
That is what the term sets, not the app. A one-feed term plays a single stream at any moment, although you may install the player on as many devices as you like. Two, three and five-feed terms are on the pricing page and can be moved up later. Count the screens that genuinely run together, not the ones that merely have the app.
How do paying and collecting the login work?
Choose a term, press its WhatsApp button, and the order is finished with you in that conversation. Once payment clears we send a server address, a username and a password to the same chat, usually within a quarter of an hour, along with the walkthrough for whichever player you are using.
