Our position
We respond to properly made copyright complaints. Where we are told that something we carry infringes a right, and the notice contains what the law requires, we act on it. We do not host the broadcast content on this website, and where a complaint concerns an upstream supplier we pass it on as well as acting ourselves.
Who to send a notice to
Notices reach our designated agent on WhatsApp, or through the contact page on this site, marked clearly as a copyright notice so it is routed correctly rather than treated as a support question. Sending it through that route is the fastest way to have it looked at, and it is monitored at every hour.
What a valid notice must contain
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Identification of the material said to infringe, with enough detail for us to find it.
Your contact details, including an address and a means of reply.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We aim to respond within two business days and to act on a valid notice promptly. If a notice is incomplete we will say which part is missing rather than ignoring it, because an incomplete notice helps nobody.
Counter-notices
If material of yours was removed and you believe that was wrong, send a counter-notice by the same route with the equivalent statements. We will pass it to the original complainant and act according to what the law requires of us.
