How does someone start reselling?
Message the WhatsApp number, say roughly how many accounts you expect to open in a month, and we set up panel access. Approval is usually the same day. There is no application form, no interview and no joining fee; the only thing you buy is credits, and you decide what to charge for the accounts you open with them.
What exactly is a credit?
A credit is the unit the panel spends when you create or renew an account, and longer terms cost more credits than short ones. You buy them in packs, and they sit in the panel until used. Read the current pack prices against the retail prices on our own pricing page before you commit to a volume.
What margin is there in it?
That depends entirely on what you charge, which is yours to set, so we will not publish an earnings figure. What we will say plainly is where the margin actually sits: short and mid-length terms carry more room than the twelve-month one, and anyone quoting you a guaranteed monthly income from reselling television is selling you something other than television.
Do I need any infrastructure?
None. The servers, the line-up and the delivery are ours. What you need is the willingness to answer your own customers, because they will come to you rather than to us, and most of what they ask is about players and settings rather than about the service. Our setup walkthroughs are free for you to point them at.
Can I issue trials myself?
Yes, and it is the sensible way to sell. The panel lets you open short trial accounts directly, which spends credits at the trial rate. Most resellers find that letting somebody test it on their own television closes more sales than any description does, particularly where the buyer has been let down before.
What support do resellers get?
A direct WhatsApp line to the same desk, without the queue. Bring us anything structural, a feed behaving oddly or a panel question, and we deal with it. What we do not do is talk to your customers, because they are yours and they bought from your brand rather than ours.
