1. Who you are dealing with
Tivo8k ("we", "us") runs the site at tivo8k.co and sells access to an IPTV streaming service ("the Service"). Ordering a term, asking for a trial or using the Service at all means these terms apply to you. If something here does not suit you, ask before you pay rather than afterwards.
2. What the Service is
The Service gives you access to live television channels and an on-demand library over the internet, for the period you have paid for. Line-ups and on-demand titles change over time, because the broadcasters and suppliers behind them change. We do not promise that any particular channel or title will still be there next month, and any provider who does is not being straight with you.
What arrives on your screen also depends on things outside our control: your own broadband, the device you watch on, the player you chose and the speakers attached to it. Where a feed carries more than one audio track or a subtitle stream, that comes from the broadcaster rather than from us, and whether you can reach it depends on your player.
You supply the connection and the hardware. Setup walkthroughs are free to use, and support is on WhatsApp at any hour.
3. Ordering and paying
Terms are sold for a fixed length, in advance, at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you order. Nothing renews automatically. When a term runs out we message you and you decide; if you do nothing, the account simply stops.
Payment routes vary by country and are set out in the WhatsApp conversation when you order. Never send card details as plain text in a chat, with us or with anyone else.
4. Using it reasonably
One account belongs to one household. What the term limits is how many feeds may play at the same moment, and you may install a player on as many devices as you like within that.
Publishing your credentials, selling access without joining the reseller arrangement, or rebroadcasting the streams will end the account without a refund. The credentials are effectively a password, and a playlist link contains them in plain text, so treat both accordingly.
5. Refunds
Every term carries 7 days of cover from activation. If the Service will not work properly on your equipment and support cannot fix it, you get the money back in full. The refund policy sets out what qualifies and what does not. Requests are made on WhatsApp, or through the contact page on this site.
6. What we aim for, and what we will not promise
We target 99.9% uptime and run redundant servers, and we will not pretend that any internet service is beyond interruption. Maintenance, a broadcaster problem or a fault upstream can all interrupt a feed. What we promise is that somebody answers, that we tell you what has happened, and that the refund position stands if we cannot put it right.
7. Where our responsibility ends
Our liability is limited to what you paid for the current term. We are not responsible for third-party players, for the hardware you watch on, or for what a broadcaster does with its own schedule. Nothing here removes rights you hold under the law where you live.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms, and the version on this page is always the current one. A change that materially affects an active term will be told to you on WhatsApp rather than quietly published.
If a clause here is unclear, ask about it before you order. Write to us on WhatsApp +212 663 813 479 or use the contact page.
