What we actually collect
When you ask for a trial or send the contact form we receive what you typed into it: a name or an email address, the device you said you watch on, an optional WhatsApp number, and your IP address, which is used to keep automated spam out.
When you order, the WhatsApp conversation itself holds whatever you and the person on the desk said to each other. We do not hold card numbers; payments are handled by the route you chose and the details never reach us.
What we do with it
We use it to open your account, to answer you, and to keep the Service running. It is not sold, not rented and not passed to anybody for marketing. We do not build a profile of what you watch, and the practical reason is straightforward: knowing would cost us money and gain us nothing.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses the minimum needed to function. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not share browsing data with advertising networks. If measurement is added later, it will appear here first and ask before it stores anything.
How long it is kept
Trial and contact messages are kept while they are useful and cleared afterwards. Account records are kept while the account is live and for a period after it ends, so that a renewal does not mean starting again. Nothing is kept indefinitely for its own sake.
What you can ask for
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Ask on WhatsApp, or through the contact page on this site and we answer within 30 days. Deleting an active account means the Service stops, which we will say before doing it rather than afterwards.
Keeping it safe
Traffic to this site is encrypted, the servers are access-controlled, and the number of people who can reach customer records is deliberately small. No arrangement is perfect, and if something went wrong that affected you, we would tell you.
