What you get is the service itself, not a reduced version of it: every channel, the whole on-demand library, the guide data and the 4K feeds, running for 24 hours. We open it by hand over WhatsApp. That is slightly slower than a machine doing it, and the advantage is that somebody is already in the conversation to get your player configured and to answer why a particular channel sounds the way it does.
How the Trial Runs
- Send the form beside this, or open WhatsApp directly and say what you watch on.
- A username, password and server address come back, usually inside a quarter of an hour.
- Put IPTV Smarters Pro or TiViMate on the screen you use, following its walkthrough, and sign in.
- Use the 24 hours properly. If it suits you, choose a term and the same login carries on.
What to Check While It Is Open
Most people click through fifty channels, see that they load, and learn very little. A better use of the time is four deliberate checks. Open a channel you know well and see whether the audio-track control is there and whether switching it does anything. Put on a film from the on-demand library and look for the subtitle list. Play something with real bass through whatever you normally listen on, and see whether your soundbar reports surround or stereo. Then leave one feed running for an hour while somebody else in the house is online, which is the only way to find out how the line behaves under load.
What We Ask in Return
Nothing, and certainly no card. One per household, because a trial occupies a real slot on a real server and it exists to answer a question rather than to hand out free television. If something specific went wrong the first time, an unstable line or hardware you have since replaced, say so and we will normally open it again.
Questions About the Trial
Is there any genuinely free way to do this?
Not in a form worth arranging an evening around. The free playlists shared online are overloaded within days, carry no guide, and have nobody behind them. What we offer instead is a full 24-hour account at no cost, which is the same service rather than a stripped-down version of it.
What is actually open during the trial?
Everything. All 25,000+ channels, the whole 120,000+ on-demand library, the guide, and whatever audio tracks and subtitles the individual feeds carry. It is a complete account that happens to last 24 hours, not a sample. That is deliberate, because a reduced version would not answer the question you are asking.
Is a card needed for the trial?
No card, no billing details, nothing held for later. The trial lapses by itself when the 24 hours are up and turns into nothing at all. If you want to carry on afterwards you order a term in the same conversation; if you do not, there is nothing to cancel and nobody will chase you.
How quickly does the trial arrive?
Normally a few minutes during the working day and rarely much longer at night, since the desk is staffed around the clock. The credentials come back in the same WhatsApp chat you asked in. Telling us the device you plan to use lets us send the right walkthrough alongside them.
Are the players themselves free?
Some are and some are not, and that is separate from what you pay us. IPTV Smarters Pro is free to install. TiViMate has a free tier with a paid Companion upgrade, and a few television-store players ask a small one-off fee. Those charges belong to their developers; a player on its own carries no channels.
Can I have another trial?
As a rule one per household, because the trial costs us a real slot on a real server. If something specific went wrong during the first one, an unstable line, a player that would not expose the audio track, or hardware you have since replaced, say so and we will usually open it again rather than argue about it.
